This Spring stamp duty payment offer is available for reservations made on selected plots at Goodmores only, between 7th March and 30th April 2025.

The offer cannot be applied to reservations made before or after the promotional period.

3West will pay the standard stamp duty costs associated with the selected plot at the time of purchase. Any additional fees or taxes will remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other incentives.

This stamp duty offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or incentives unless otherwise specified by 3West.

3West reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

To qualify, eligible purchasers must complete the reservation process and any required deposit payments within the promotional period.

All interpretations of these terms are at the discretion of 3West, whose decision will be final.
