What’s included?

If you’re eligible, you can receive:

  • A 3% discount on the advertised price of selected new homes
  • Up to a maximum discount of £15,000
  • Friendly, expert support throughout the buying journey

 

Who qualifies?

The Key Worker Discount is available to a wide range of public service professionals, including:

  • NHS staff
  • Teachers and education workers
  • Police officers
  • Fire and rescue service personnel
  • Armed forces and Ministry of Defence staff

How to apply

  1. Let us know you’re a key worker when registering your interest or reserving your home.
  2. Provide proof of your employment, such as an ID badge, recent payslip or official letter.
  3. We’ll apply your discount directly to the purchase price.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • The Key Worker Discount Scheme is available to qualifying buyers purchasing a selected new home at selected 3West developments.
  • The qualifying person must be the purchaser of the home.
  • A discount of 3% off the full advertised price will be applied at the point of reservation, up to a maximum value of £15,000.
  • The scheme is available to individuals employed in eligible key worker roles. Proof of employment must be provided at the time of reservation.
  • This offer is available on new reservations only and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing reservations or purchases.
  • The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, incentive or promotion unless specifically stated by 3West in writing.
  • 3West reserves the right to withdraw or amend the scheme at any time without notice.
  • Eligibility decisions are made at the sole discretion of 3West.
  • This offer has no cash alternative.
