With Easy Move, we handle the sale of your current home while allowing you to secure your 3West new home without delay. From covering estate agent fees to providing professional support throughout the process, we’re here to make your move easier.

How Easy Move works in four simple steps

  1. Select your new home
    Choose your new 3West new home while we assist in selling your current property. No need to wait for a buyer—get moving sooner.
  2. Ease your financial load
    We’ll work closely with our trusted estate agents to value and market your home, covering their fees* to ease the financial burden during your move.
  3. Leave the sale to us
    Our team takes care of selling your home, utilising marketing and negotiation expertise to secure a quick sale.
  4. Complete your move
    Once your buyer is secured, you can complete your reservation and progress your purchase of your 3West home. We’ll stay with you every step of the way until you move in.

 

Terms & Conditions:

  • Available on selected homes and developments. Please contact our sales team for more details on eligibility.
  • You agree to provide our appointed estate agents access to your home for valuation within three working days of request.
  • Your home will be marketed within 24 hours of agreeing to the suggested sale price.
  • You agree to a four-week marketing period and reasonable access for potential buyers.
  • A ‘For Sale’ board will be placed at your property by our estate agents.
  • If your home does not sell within four weeks, 3West may review marketing efforts and reserve the right to release the plot back to market.
  • Estate agent fees will be covered by 3West if the sale completes. Should either party withdraw but the home is sold to a buyer introduced by our agent, you will be responsible for their fees.
  • Offers are subject to contract and may require specific reservation and exchange deadlines.
  • The offer is subject to withdrawal prior to provisional reservation.
  • Combination with other offers is at 3West’s discretion.
  • Ensure mortgage payments are maintained to avoid repossession.
  • A formal reservation is only recognised once you have an agreed sale on your property, a signed 3West Reservation and the Reservation Fee has been paid in full.
