Successfully guided through the planning system by 3West, this project will see the construction of 44 homes, delivered for SNG (formerly Sovereign) and funded by Homes England.

The development, which comprises a mix of 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes, will offer properties under both Rent and Shared Ownership tenure.

Built to a high specification, using modern methods of construction, the homes will feature:

• Individual car charging points
• Air source heat pumps for improved energy efficiency
